What is Chiropractic?
Chiropractic can be described in many ways. However, it is most appropriate to start by saying that Chiropractic is defined as the practice of identifying and correcting the vertebral Subluxation Complex for the restoration of proper neurological function of the central nervous system
What does that mean? Chiropractic has always been concerned with the function of the nervous system. After all, it is the nervous system that controls and directs every action of every cell, tissue, organ, gland, and blood vessel in the body. If the communications from the brain throughout the nervous system to the body (and vice versa) are working correctly, then the body works correctly. When this is the case your joints and your muscles start to work better, your immune system starts to work better, circulation improves; in short you feel and work better.
